As a Tutor Doctor franchise owner, I love watching students grow in both skills and self-belief while giving parents peace of mind.

With a background in pharmacy, business management, and healthcare, I bring a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset to education. My MBA and experience managing outpatient clinics have equipped me to build a tutoring service that truly prioritizes individual student success. More importantly, navigating my own child’s educational journey gave me firsthand insight into the challenges families face—fueling my passion for personalized learning.

Dr. Aaron L. Washington, II, along with his wife, brings a deep passion for education and community service to his role as the owner of Tutor Doctor. Inspired by a commitment to make a lasting difference in the lives of students and to build a legacy of wealth and opportunity for his family, Dr. Washington is dedicated to changing the educational trajectory for students in his community, especially in the wake of post-pandemic challenges.

With nearly a decade of experience teaching college-level chemistry and a professional background as both a chemist and project manager, Dr. Washington brings a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world expertise to Tutor Doctor. His personal journey as a father of five—each child navigating different stages of both public and private education—gives him a deep and personal understanding of the varied educational needs and challenges students face today.
