With over 15 years of experience in the biotech industry, I am a Director of Manufacturing at HilleVax, a company developing innovative vaccines for infectious diseases. I lead internal and external manufacturing, facilities and engineering, and supply chain teams across multiple modalities, including MAB, viral, cell, and gene therapy.

I am also a Franchise Owner at Tutor Doctor, a private tutoring company that provides customized, one-on-one, in home / online tutoring for students of all ages and skill levels. I am passionate about building high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring people, and creating and executing complex projects and programs. I use a leadership model based on the 6C’s: Compliance, Consistency, Creativity, Critical reasoning, Connectivity, and Courage.
