Tutor Doctor Waukesha County Northwest
Rade Evert
Rade Evert was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Florida. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and Advertising, she held the position of Regional Manager for a high-end cosmetic company, and later started her own managerial staffing agency. Rade’s experience with public relations, management, and staffing is why her franchisees excel in customer service.
Currently residing in the suburbs of Milwaukee, Rade is married and has two children — her daughter received her Masters at Whitewater in Clinical Mental Health and her son graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in Informational Science and a minor in Computer Science. She has seen, firsthand, the struggles many families face when they know their child needs help with school. When her daughter couldn’t read like the other kids at a 2nd grade level, Rade began the journey many families must — to try and find the right available resources. Her daughter, who couldn’t read in 2nd grade, became a straight A student in high school and graduated UWM in 3 years from the Honors college and went on to get her Masters. Those experiences are what she brings with her when speaking to clients that now face the same struggles.
Rade Evert started her first Tutor Doctor business in September of 2011, with only one territory. Within the following year she had purchased three more, ultimately owning her own county. Rade’s grandfather, alongside his friend, Ray Kroc, began franchising McDonald’s. It’s in her blood, she was raised with it, saw it daily, and learned from her grandfather as he rose to be one of the largest franchisee owners with McDonald’s. Now along side of her husband, who had been in the restaurant industry for 30 yrs, Rade not only runs her Tutor Doctor franchise but also manages their restaurant located in Oconomowoc, WI.
