Meet the Owner/Team

Hi there! My name is Brenden Gallagher and I own Tutor Doctor of Northern Columbus. Along with Cindy, my wife of 27 years, we are raising two bright and intelligent young men (Sophomore in college and a Sophomore in high school).
Before Tutor Doctor, I spent over 25 years as a recruiter and talent acquisition professional working in both consulting and corporate environments. While it was challenging and rewarding work, I was in search of a new opportunity where I could make a bigger and more positive impact.
When the idea came along to own a Tutor Doctor office, I quickly jumped on the opportunity. I’ve always had a passion for education, coaching, and mentoring and I really love the opportunity to make a difference in the educational success for students at all levels. The passion I have to see my own children succeed in school is the same passion I bring to the community. Sometimes it takes a village and I’m here to do my part to help you.
Based on my successful recruiting background and strong ability to listen and discern the needs of others, I relish the chance to spend time with students and their families, listen to where they are and where they want to be in the future, and with that knowledge pair them with the right educational tutor that will help them achieve their goals. That is my role, to facilitate pairing you with the tutor that will help you get you where you want to go.
