I understand that if I am selected to join the Tutor Doctor Delta team I will be provided a link to complete a criminal background check at my own cost.

I understand that by starting/submitting this application, my information will be captured by Tutor Doctor and may be used to contact me regarding potential tutor positions and my application with Tutor Doctor as a tutor. This contact information will not be used for any other purpose.

I understand that this application is to be considered for a position with an individual, locally owned and operated franchise business. This is not an application for employment or any position with Tutor Doctor Systems, Inc. (TDS) or otherwise with the “Tutor Doctor” corporate office in Toronto. If offered a position, I understand that I would be providing services for the local office of a “Tutor Doctor” brand franchisee, not TDS itself.

I understand that, if offered a position, it will involve providing tutoring services in a student’s home or virtually.
