Meet our owner, Michael Poblete, a seasoned, educated professional with a psychology degree and a postgraduate brand management certification. With over a decade of experience in the education industry, Michael has honed his marketing skills through various roles. Most recently, he worked at one of Canada’s top colleges, further deepening his expertise in marketing and education.

What inspired Michael to join Tutor Doctor was his lifelong passion for education and helping others succeed. This, combined with his marketing acumen, led him to start his own business with Tutor Doctor, seeing an opportunity to positively impact students’ lives by leveraging his industry experience.
