Does my child qualify for the $400 PASS grant?
Current PASS eligibility is focused on eligible 4th-grade Texas public school students and is connected to their performance on the 3rd-grade STAAR Reading/RLA assessment.
If your child received Did Not Meet Grade Level on the 3rd-grade STAAR Reading/RLA assessment, they may qualify for PASS.
Not sure about your child’s STAAR performance level or PASS eligibility? Check with your child’s current reading teacher or school to confirm eligibility.
Because eligibility is determined by the PASS program, Tutor Doctor cannot officially determine whether a student qualifies.
