Andy MacInnis understands firsthand the challenges that many students face in traditional school settings. Having dyslexia himself, he is deeply passionate about helping students who may not receive the individualized support they need in the classroom. His mission is to empower students, helping them overcome obstacles and reach their full academic potential.

With a professional background as an accountant and 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Andy decided to leave the corporate world to pursue something more meaningful—making a real difference in people’s lives. As the owner of Tutor Doctor Oakville Mississauga South West, he is dedicated to helping students build confidence, improve academically, and open doors to future opportunities.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Andy’s work is seeing students who were once struggling turn their academic performance around and successfully gain admission to university. His team takes a personalized and caring approach, ensuring that every student receives the right support to thrive.
