Pre-Algebra –  Foundational Skills

Get ahead in math this summer with our 6-day camp. Our Pre-Algebra Foundations camp builds essential skills for success. Taught by experienced tutors, students grasp concepts like fractions, decimals, equations, and more. Engaging activities and personalized guidance ensure understanding and confidence.

Algebra I

In this 2-week camp, students will learn basic algebraic skills: linear relationships, number and operations, and proportionality. Students will study linear, quadratic, and exponential functions and their related transformations, equations, and associated solutions. Students will connect functions and their associated solutions in both mathematical and real-world situations. This camp will pre-teach concepts students will learn in their 1st quarter of Algebra I.

Algebra II

Dive deep into Algebra II this summer with our Advanced Algebraic Skills camp! Explore complex topics like quadratic equations, logarithmic functions, matrices, and more. Gain mastery in solving and graphing advanced algebraic expressions. Our experienced tutors guide students through challenging concepts, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Prepare for academic success and mathematical fluency in this intensive learning experience.

Writing Workshop – Rising 5^th & 6^th Graders

In this 2-week camp, students will refine their writing skills through hands-on activities and guided practice. They’ll explore narrative techniques, practice descriptive writing, and learn to structure persuasive essays. Grammar and punctuation skills will be emphasized for clarity and precision. By the end, students will gain confidence in expressing their ideas effectively and creatively through writing.

Writing Workshop – Rising 7^th & 8^th Graders

In this 2-week camp, students will delve into advanced writing concepts essential for academic success. They’ll refine their understanding of narrative techniques, develop argumentative writing skills, and hone their ability to conduct research and cite sources accurately. Emphasis will be placed on refining grammar, punctuation, and editing skills to produce polished and persuasive compositions.

College Personal Essay Workshop

Students will learn strategies for crafting compelling narratives that reflect their unique experiences and perspectives. They’ll develop skills in brainstorming, outlining, and revising essays to highlight their strengths and goals effectively. Emphasis will be placed on structure, voice, and authenticity to create impactful personal statements for college applications.
