Meet Our Team

Lisa has always been passionate about helping students love learning. Growing up in a family of educators (and frequently “playing school”), she went on to teach for 13 years—primarily middle and high school Math & Science, with a special love for Physics.

Lisa joined Tutor Doctor of Morris County as a math/science tutor and quickly became one of our first, most trusted team members. Today she serves as our Tutor Coordinator and continues as a Lead Tutor, helping keep everything running smoothly while staying connected to students.

Her superpower? Thoughtful matchmaking. Lisa pairs students and tutors based on location, subject expertise, personality fit, and shared interests—then sets everyone up for success with clear communication from day one. She checks in regularly, supports our tutors with training and scheduling, and oversees quality on all fronts so families feel confident and cared for.

Warm, detail-oriented, and endlessly encouraging, Lisa is a big reason TDMC feels both professional and personal.

Jocelyn is a passionate educator with a K–6 Education degree from Kean University, specializing in math. She believes every student can succeed when they’re given the right tools, support, and a little encouragement—and she’s known for making math both accessible and fun for learners of all styles and backgrounds.

Originally onboarded as a tutor, Jocelyn quickly became an integral part of TDMC’s back-office team. Today, as Office Administrator & Lead Tutor, she keeps our engine running—coordinating schedules, supporting families, onboarding tutors, and smoothing day-to-day operations—while still working directly with students.

Her superpower is being the bridge between families and tutors: organized, upbeat, and relentlessly helpful. Jocelyn is the teammate everyone wants in their corner—an incredible team player and an incredible asset to TDMC.

Outside of work, Jocelyn is a proud mom of two boys, a devoted wife, and a self-proclaimed cook and baker who loves experimenting in the kitchen (and unwinding with a good TV show). Her family is her inspiration—and that warmth and joy show up in everything she does at Tutor Doctor of Morris County.
