Blair O’Connor has been a teacher in Canada and abroad for over 20 years. He joined Tutor Doctor in 2012 and enjoys providing high quality tutoring to students in Toronto. In addition to one to one tutoring, he’s involved in athletic and literacy programs for youth and has created a scholarship for post-secondary students.
