Meet the Owner

After decades in ed tech and consumer products  industries working in sales and marketing,  I developed a skill set that could easily transfer to Tutor Doctor’s franchise business model. I have two children who needed extra help from tutors starting in middle school, and I saw the benefit of a non-parent expert.

Helping kids to overcome not only their academic struggles but also their social and emotional challenges is our priority and our reward. 

My expertise is running the business and hiring the talent and offering (free) consultations with parents and students to assess need and match the perfect tutor. I’m a matchmaker for tutoring!
