Jeff Day has always been passionate about education and mentorship. While his career took him around the globe in leadership roles, he never lost sight of his deep-rooted love for helping others grow and succeed. When the opportunity arose to combine his leadership experience with his passion for education and his commitment to his local community, Tutor Doctor of Morris County was the perfect fit.

Jeff holds a Master’s degree in education from Virginia Tech and began his career as a high school science teacher and athletic coach. During those early years, he witnessed the transformative power of education, seeing how the right support could instill confidence and unlock potential. Over time, his career evolved beyond the classroom, leading him to mentor and develop individuals across industries in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. Whether managing global teams or developing business strategies, his focus remained the same—helping people reach their full potential.
