Meet Our Team

Lynn’s role is to support the Tutors so they can do what they do best. Which is provide superb academic support to change the trajectory of your student’s life.  She supports the recruiting and interviewing. She onboards all the tutors to ensure they are welcomed and ready to do their job.

Aliyah is new to the team as a Family Care Manager. She understands the support role because she was an excellent tutor for us for a good period of time. We since then moved her into the role of Family Care Manager because of her obvious skills that we felt would benefit our many families. Aliyah will reach out to families to ensure they are being served well and provide that white glove service for all of our clients and students.

Supporting up to 500 student’s weekly is not simple task. It takes a dedicated Tutor Team in all subjects. All this work generates a vast number of administrative tasks especially considering that each student has a written session report generated after each session that makes it to the parents in 24 to 48 hours. Our Administrative Team handles it all flawlessly which leads to how effective we are in Learning.
