Meet the Team of east alpharetta
Hello! I have been with tutor Doctor for a little over a month now! In high school I was studying visual arts and the history behind it, while also mentoring Third - Fifth graders in their studies and social aspects of their life. Ever since then, I have always loved helping people and tutoring; at the end of the day the feeling that I was able to help someone or multiple people is amazing. Currently, in college, I am studying sociology and recently changed my major to elementary education at Kennesaw State University. I love working with children and helping them to become the best version of themselves!
I am excited to begin this journey with these kids, and help them reach their highest goals!
Hello! I am a high school senior at Lambert. I will be pursuing further education at University of Alabama at Birmingham where I have been accepted into the combined BS/MD program. I believe education is incredibly important and have seen how having a relationship with your teachers can drastically change your attitude towards learning. As a tutor, I wish to be able to connect with my students and spark a passion for the subjects I am teaching in them.
I am a Tutor for Tutor Doctor from Atlanta, GA. I am majoring in Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to college, I have debated for nearly 6 years and enjoy public speaking. I am available to tutor English, Language Arts, Reading, Algebra, Calculus, and other subjects. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy cooking as well!
My role at Tutor Doctor is to plan lessons and curriculums to tailor to my students' needs. I am flexible in my approach to tutoring and like to adjust the pace of material to meet the students expectations. If you would like to learn more about me or would like to reach out to me, here is my LinkedIn account.
Blaine is a graduate from Lee university with a bachelor’s of Arts
degree in History. She attended the university from 2015-2020, during
which she participated in Historical conferences such as the Southeastern
Tennessee regional conference. There she presented a paper questioning
the validity of the account of Death of Rasputin by Felix Yusupov.
Furthermore, she enjoyed the opportunity to travel during a study abroad program to the United Kingdom, visiting numerous Scottish and English’s historical sights. She was also offered the opportunity to represent her school in the National Model United Nations conference in New York City. Likewise, during her college years she was involved in numerous service based clubs such as Adopt a Grandparent. She worked for her American Government professor as a tutor and this opportunity afforded her the ability to empathize and understand the students she worked with and allowed her to tailor her tutoring to each individuals needs.
She is currently working for Tutor Doctor and is excited to help students meet their goals through tutoring and mentorship. She is currently engaged to be married this summer.
